McDonald’s has now bought the company’s 50 percent stake from VikramBakshi, its former franchise partner. This has enabled McDonald’s to finally incorporate the coffee house fashioned food and beverage chainspanIndia. This will help the company to maintain uniformity across all its chains in the country.
