Apple announced its 3 new iPhone models on Tuesday at a special event at the Steve Jobs Theatre. And, out of the trio announced iPhone 11 is the most affordable one. It won’t be wrong to compare it with its predecessor iPhone XR which was launched the previous year and costs INR 56 k approximately. So, basically the model iPhone XR was considered as ‘the iPhone’ by most of the buyers who could not afford to buy iPhone XS or iPhone XS max owing to its exorbitant price. Similarly, it is predicted that iPhone 11 will be ‘the iPhone’ for most of the buyers in 2019!
iPhone 11- What’s new
Well, if we talk about the much-hyped iPhone 11, it looks very much similar to iPhone XR, its predecessor. But, in iPhone 11, the designers have put color as the front and center of its experience. iPhone 11 will be available in six different colors. You will get to see the model in black, white, yellow and red but with different finishes as compared to iPhone XR. Another two colors would be Purple and Green instead of the previous year’s Coral and Blue. Also, the iPhone 11 will certainly cater to the classy tastes as it will flaunt its colors in a less shiny way. So, for the people who love understated, the look of iPhone 11 will win over iPhone XR.
What’s more with iPhone 11
iPhone 11 will sport a 6.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 828×1792 pixels, which could have been made better at this price. Nevertheless, the LCD display is the best that you can get at this price with regards to the color reproduction and overall quality. The pricey versions, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will sport the OLED panels.
All the three new iPhone models will be powered by the Apple A13 Bionic chip. With the iPhone 11, Apple is also advertising improved battery life and IP68 water resistance up to 2m for thirty minutes. If we talk about iPhone XR, it is IP67 rated.
